INGREDIENTS

Chicken
- 2 lb bone-in chicken breasts, about 450 g each
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon onion granules
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Mix The Seasoning
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic granules, onion granules, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
Prep The Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a kitchen paper towel. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and brush it all over, including gently under the skin, so the chicken is evenly coated.

Season The Chicken
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken and rub it all over, including under the skin, until fully coated.
Cook In The Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 400F or 200C for 3 to 5 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil if desired. Place the chicken breasts into the basket skin side down. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Mine was perfectly cooked in 27 minutes. Always check doneness with a meat thermometer.
Rest And Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This keeps it juicy.

CONSEILS AND SUGGESTIONS
- Cooking times vary depending on chicken size and air fryer model.
- Always use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- Let the chicken rest before slicing to keep the juices inside.
- This chicken works great for meal prep and leftovers.
