  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp dry white wine
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 12 Tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 4 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 3 Tbsp parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary, minced
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 extra-large egg yolk
  • 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and butter a baking dish.
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the dish. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and wine.
  3. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, shallots, parsley, rosemary, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, egg yolk, and panko.
  4. Spoon the butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp are pink and firm.
