Description

A Classic Spinach Dip Recipe made with Knorrs Vegetable Soup Mix. Delicious served in a bread bowl as a dip for fresh vegetables and chunks of bread. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or snacking!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and moisture squeezed out
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Make sure the spinach is fully thawed and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions until fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to let the flavors meld.
  4. Serve chilled in a bread bowl or with fresh vegetables, crackers, and bread chunks.

Notes

For extra presentation points, serve in a hollowed-out round loaf of sourdough or rye. Keeps well refrigerated for up to 3 days. Stir before serving if liquid separates.
